Indian Paneer Tikka (Unsalted Cottage Cheese)
This is my mom's recipe. I don't even like cottage cheese that much but the way she makes it is just amazing!
Red Chilli Powder
Dry Mango/Aamchoor Powder
Mint leaf/Pudina- paste
Add all the condiments into the hung curd. (Add the condiments according to your taste). Give it a mix. Make sure its not too liquidy.
Dice the Cheese/Paneer and the veggies into cubes and toss it into the curd masala.
Let it marinate for a few minutes.
Heat some oil(3-4 Tablespoon) in a pan and then toss the entire mix into it and fry OR pop them onto skewers and cook them like tikka/kebabs.
All moisture should be evaporated and the Paneer should be crispy from the outside.
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice after plating it.
Serve it with Mint-Garlic and Curd/Pudina chutney.
